What I liked
i appreciate that the doctors work hard. but my mother had to go to a&e last night following a brain operation she had, had cause her to have seizures all day. she had to wait three and a half hour to be seen by a doctor who was actually falling asleep when he was talking to her.
What could be improved
doctors not falling asleep.
