"The staffs are too busy eating and talking..."

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Went in 25/11/2015 about 10 O'clock for my pregnant 1st scan (13th week). I've been invited for blood test&blood pressure before my scan began and 2 staffs on that section were too busy to talk they didn't pay much attention with their job moreover the member of staff kept eating their food all the time. When I've finished from blood pressure checked then time for blood test and the member of staff put their spoon down and took my blood out but I didn't feel that is hospital hygine standard to let staff eating ib blood test section. And they had 3 goes before they had successful to took my blood out without any saying 'sorry' or anything so I end up with 3 blood drawing points. I can understand that it could be difficult to find the veins in some people arms but from my personal history I never have problem about this before. It wasn't impressive experience at all.

*** I went for scan - all staffs are nice. Thank you.

Regards,
