"Not a Healthy Service"

I am a great believer of our nhs, however my experience today left me bewildered and disappointed. Arriving at 4-25pm i sailed through reception, no queing there but told to take a seat and wait to be called. What seat? Totally inadequate seating even though there is plenty of room to add more. Had to stand for an hour, meanwhile watched people being attended to before me even though they arrived after me. After 1hour and 50 minutes i was called in. 2 minutes later i was out and on my way to the "Green Area". Just another way of clearing space in reception. After waiting 40minutes here i was called in and 2 minutes later i was on my way to Pallion Health Centre. On arriving i asked at reception what would be approximate waiting and was told 2-3 hours. At that i bade my farewell. So sorry for wasting anyones time but it appears you dont mind wasting mine. How'ay
