(as a relative),

My father died in queens hospital nearly 3 weeks ago and today my mother received a phone call from there from someone asking to speak to him! ! !

How disgusting is that, I am beyond words.

I will not contact the hospital to ensure it doesn't happen again. I complained about a lot of issues whilst my father was a patient and was not happy with the CORPORATE response to those either, so I will just make sure that if it is in my power I never ever use that hospital again.
