"bandage redress"

About: Caterham Dene Hospital / Minor injuries unit

Always been very good at this hospital(Caterham) apart from today. Not seen nurse that put new bandage on me but felt not listened to with regard to wound. Lack of care and professional courtesy hope i dont come across this person again.
