"Disrespectful and rude receptionist"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

We came In with a work friend as she had fallen and twisted/sprained/broken her ankle (unknown as poor communication). Staff were hopeless, and extremely rude! My friend was told she was going to get some tablets I asked two time (in a hour and a half about these) the second time was told to sit down! I am extremely annoyed and unsatisfied by the lack of communication and disrespect! Especially considering the amount of time we have spent here and the rude ignorant staff!
