My first visit as an out patient was for a pre-procedure review the nurses who looked after me were very friendly, efficient and clear as to what the procedure entailed and why it was being performed.
The day of the procedure in the out patient clinic was a long one due to needing to receive fluids before the procedure could be done. Again the nurses who attended me led by the same senior nurse I had met at my review was brilliant. Finally the procedure itself was performed by a doctor who was extremely competent both in their preliminary talk with me, during the procedure and explaining the results after the procedure.
I could find no fault with the food provided and the overall cleanliness of the out patient facilities.
