I took my daughter for an outpatient appointment on Tuesday. We were seen 10 mins before her appointment time and even after having bloods taken we were all finished within 38 mins. Fantastic.
On the downside, I trained as a nurse in Mayday in the early 80's, just after the surgical block was built. It was light and airy.
The ground floor and first floor corridor is now so dark and depressing. I know it is the 'Blue' Zone but it is so dark and oppressive. I heard a comment that the corridor felt like a mortuary.
"Excellent Outpatients / poor decor"
