We have been involved with this dept for our child's chronic skin condition and have had repeated cancellations with no explanation given. This affects child's condition hugely - on one hand there is no specialist review and as there is no feedback given to GP we have constant trouble from our surgery re: obtaining repeat meds as well. I have noticed other people have commented on this unilateral cancellation habit - when will someone/relevant authority take notice of this practice undermining patient care.
