"Rheumatology broadgreen"

About: Broadgreen Hospital

My mum has attended this clinic for several years and overall the treatment she has received has been appauling, dignity and respect have totally gone out of the the window. No follow up in a timely period for appointments or treatments, dicharged in error, failiure to give necessary medication. Staff pointed out how much her medication cost!. Spoken at, not to.

It takes nothing to be polite, staff need lessons on how to be patient friendly.
