"Noisy night staff"

It's 3.55 and I am lying in bed on the ward on the 4th floor unable to sleep due to the staff talking at the nurses station. They are talking and laughing in the way staff might during the day and have have been for some time. They have woken me up several times. There are no patient buzzers sounding and no other noise from staff interacting with patients. It is purely them chatting.

I am now unable to get to sleep but I don't want to complain as I don't want to be seen as a moany patient. This hospital have it so right in many other ways but this aspect really needs to be addressed. I can guarantee that there are other patients lying their beds also wide awake but not wanting to make a fuss probably for the same reasons as me. Quite disappointing as I expected a lot more from this hospital but this part of the experience has really let it down. Please take this as constructive feedback and improve this aspect of your patient's journey.
