Last night I had an accident, a car tracked me down and the ambulance unfortunately took me to that hospital. I've never been there before but I can guarantee you that it was my first and last time there.

I arrived there around 9 something, couldn't stop vomiting and for what it's worse I was in so much pain in all my body, foot from the accident.

No one would do nothing.

I was seen by a doctor almost 3 in the morning. I am a first year medical student and I can guarantee you that I've never seen nothing like that.

They just saw my foot (which in the accident was under the wheel of the car) and they were like you can go home.

I had to ask them if a nurse could clean my foot that had blood, plus if I could have a bondage around it since my shoe was broken and I had no sock anymore

That's a bit of many things that have happened yesterday.

I hope someday they make sure how well they treat and care for their patients, because being a doctor or nurse it's all about caring for others and transmitting love.

I am sorry you had to endure a long wait. The department is usually very busy at night. I am sure you can appreciate as a medical student the emergency triage process. However, based on what you’ve said, you should have been given analgesia at least when you were triaged and should have been first assessed by one of our ENPs who would’ve started treatment in terms of cleaning and dressing your wound. I apologise if this was not the case and was not communicated to you.
