"Visit to the breast care unit on 09/12/15"

I had to go the Glenfield breast care unit when I discovered a lump in my breast. All the staff I had contact with were so polite, reassuring and told me at every stage what was going to happen next. I could not believe how busy the unit was. I was there for 3 hours in total and the professionalism of the staff was commendable. I was very nervous at the thought of going to the unit but I left feeling very impressed by the level of service I received despite how busy they were.
