I would like to thank staff at The Urology Clinic, Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham for the professionalism shown by staff. The clinic was held by Dr Selim.

I would personally like to thank the nurse who I did not get her name. She was a Filipino lady. She was very professional, light hearted and humorous. A credit to the NHS. Thanks again...

I am pleased to read that your patient experience was positive and you felt that all of the staff you encountered were professional but friendly in their manner.
