"Dedication, competence and professionalism"

I went to the day surgery for bilateral laparoscopic hernia repair. I was very impressed indeed with all the staff from the cleaner, to nurses, to surgical staff. Observing their interactions with other patients as well as myself, I was impressed by their dedication, competence and professionalism. The whole unit functioned as a team. It is the NHS at its very best - I doubt if you could find better care anywhere in the world.
