"Grateful"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

My husband was admitted to MRI with heart attack. From the minute he was admitted to the hospital till when he was discharged after six weeks he was so well looked after. If he wasn't fitted with a temporary pacemaker he wouldn't be here today so we can't thank each and every member of staff in Cardiology department, especially the surgeon who rushed him to the theatre to have a temporary pacemaker fitted. Unfortunately he ended up with infection but the staff were really helpful, very professional and caring. We were informed at every stage and updated on his situation and treatment.
