I went to the hospital with an infected toe whilst visiting family in the area. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist with a big smile and a 'nothing is too much problem' attitude.
Within ten minutes of going in I was seen by two nurses who were very thorough with their examination but unable to help. They felt that I needed to see a GP, but when they discovered I was 'out of town' instantly got on the phone to the local surgery and organised an appointment fifteen minutes later.
Superb staff with a very caring, professional 'can do' attitude...
"Incredibly impressed"
