I am currently in the hospital waiting to see a cardiologist , I was told i would see the by 09:30 yesterday morning ( I came to A and E the night before ) after complaining a lot i was told last night 21:00 (by this time i had been in here for 24hours ) it is now 13:30 the next day and i still have not seen any one , my question is when are the doctors going to get around to telling me can i go home or not

I'm sorry for the delay in you waiting to see a cardiologist. I am hoping this has been resolved now.
If not, it would be really helpful if you ask to speak to the nurse in charge, or the Matron to come and assist you with any queries.
