What could be improved
On arriving at the Ridings entrance
on 8.12.09 the bin outside the frontage was overflowing with litter.There were cans, chocolate bar wrappers, plastic bottles etc.all strewn around the area.This gave an impression of dirtiness and squalor even before entering the hospital.After informing a cleaner who said she would tell her supervisor I entered the hospital.An hour later the situation was even worse. Trivial? The bad impression had already been made.This was probably a dirty hospital.
