"Excellent ophthalmology appointment"

My 20 month year old daughter had an appointment in Opthmology and her care was excellent from start to finish . I was very anxious about her needing to have eye drops as I knew they would sting. However the nurse got my daughters trust and was very caring and reassuring when they put the eye drops in. She was then checked a few times to make sure the drops were working. Everyone who we met were absolutely fantastic with my daughter. They always said what was happening at every stage. We then saw the consultant who also explained everything in a way that my little girl knew what was happening. We had outstanding care from everyone we encountered. And they were always smiling to. This I feel made all the difference to my child as she was in a calm environment, she was happy to co-operate.
