"not using notice boards appropriately and..."

About: North Middlesex Hospital

I love this vibrant busy hospital as a frequent user.

The reason I cannot give 5 stars for all is as follows

Lots of handmade notices put on newly painted walls in xray dept. What is allthat about? Is it not a pfi building? Even next to noticebiards that has lots of space.

North midd has deveoped a professional appearance. But needs to be maintained as such.

Great service as always at scanning, howecer a person brought me into room and srarted asking personal questions, had no identification, did not introduce themself so of couse I asked, referred to me as a date of birth not my name and when I had a query and I was not happy with the response did not offer to get someone qualif ued (turned out to be student radioographer). Just needs more guidance before let loose!

Please note department not listed but was scanning

Thank you for your feedback.

You are correct that all staff members should carry their identification badges, and practice good communication skills when interacting with patients.

I am the ultrasound manager mohamediqbal.karim@nhs.net and will be sharing your comments with the team.
