"Eye Surgery"

My scheduled eye operation took place within the timeframe outlined in the paperwork and was faultless.

Although the prospect of the procedure was unpleasant, the reality wasn't half as bad as I expected and my anxiety was well controlled by the very professional staff and calm environment, despite it being an obviously busy department.

I felt that I'd been well cared for, with skill and empathy by all concerned.
