What I liked

I wanted to give feedback on my recent experience at L&D. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage and was seen by the Early Pregnancy Unit and then had a minor op in day surgery at the hospital.

From start to finish all staff were extremely kind and supportive, which was welcome given the circumstances. From the nurses to the anaethetists in theatre everyone fully explained everything that was going to happen, worked hard to put me at ease and also took the time to make sure I was okay. I can see that more nurses would have been helpful but those who were there ensured where possible high quality of care was given.

The staff made the whole thing a lot less traumatic than it might have been.
