"Operation"

I was operated on (breast cancer).

I found little coordination from the time I came in for the op and taken to my room to being attended to on arrival in my room. Too many "agency?" staff who were not the best qualified or experienced.

I discovered errors in my hospital care treatment when I got home.

Too much pressure on paperwork for hospital needs rather than on patient needs and comfort. I put my thoughts in writing to administration last year.
