What I liked

The staff on Fleming (cardiac) Ward were very caring and efficient. They were always willing to share a few friendly words as they worked and listened to my concerns. Their work was obviously underpinned by clear managment structures, good communicatrion and thorough training. The food was good and special care was taken to ensure that my lactose free diet was well catered for, with a member of staff checking that I had what I needed, asking if there was anything else they could get for me.
