"A&E treatment"

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

Having fallen during the night causing damage to facial area which required examination and stitching... very pleased with the compassionate and caring manner of the Registrar... Excellent doctor.

My partner was very reticent to attend the hospital, as was I. The latter being due to the neglect and undignified deaths of my husband and his wife 7/8 years ago.

We were amazed at the difference in attitude and duty of care .... It is heartening to know that the NHS appears to have improved and we both feel perhaps if we ever have to be admitted to hospital... We will be cared for and not neglected in the way both our spouses were.

Well done ... Restored our faith in the NHS.
