My partner had been suffering from stable angina which suddenly became unstable, he was sent to Wycombe General Hospital by ambulance with a referral letter for the cardiology team. We were dealt with promptly, efficiently, and with good humour and a positive attitude by every single person who helped us that day, and there were many, as he had to have ECGs, bloods, Xray and an angiogram. He was eventually transferred to another hospital by 'blue light' ambulance, and one of the Wycombe doctors accompanied him. We were given plenty of information, treated with kindness and consideration, and everyone that day is to be congratulated on a job well done. It was an awful day for us, and made much more bearable by efficient and caring staff. Thanks to all.
