"Audiology Appointment"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

I tried to call the Audiology clinic to re-schedule my appointment (I wanted it to be on the same day as my ENT appointment as they are in the same area and I would only need to take one afternoon off work) only to get a message saying they have no Receptionsit and to leave a voicemail. Three Voicemail messages later and still no-one has replied to me. Appalling!
