"Can't even book an appointment"

I have been trying to call the hospital to arrange an appointment with the physio department for over a week now. I had surgery on my left knee on the 30th November and was told I will need to have follow up physio starting ASAP but today is the 8th December and till now I have still not been able to make an appointment because NOBODY! EVER! picks up the phone I don't even know why they have one if they're not going to answer it, furthermore no one replies to the emails or voicemails that I've left like honestly I feel like they do this on purpose. THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN POSSIBLE GET!
