"Very professional and efficient treatment"

Attended the urgent care centre with symptoms of a kidney infection. Seen immediately by triage nurse then waited 30 mins to see GP who was very thorough and professional. Due to concerns they referred me to see another doctor in the urgent care centre and more tests but it turned out it was a kidney infection so was treated for that. Ideally it would have bee better if the GP could have got second opinion before referring for more tests as meant I was there for 4 hours when they could have just prescribed me the correct anti biotics,however overall I was v impressed with the service and appreciated the thoroughness and respect I was treated with .
