"A well deserved review"

I attended clinic 3 last week for an outpatient appointment to remove a BCC from my face. My appointment was at 3.20 and I arrived at 3.15 to be greeted by the friendly receptionist and told to take a seat. I was called through within 10 minutes and then the doctor carefully explained the procedure to me. The operation itself only took 45 minutes and I was back on my way, having had the after-care explained to me fully. I have to say that both the doctor and nurse I was attended to by were top rate. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. Their confidence and competence were utterly reassuring and removed any fears I may have had. One week on and the scar is healing nicely. I cannot speak highly enough of all the hospital staff that I encountered on my brief visit.
