"Proud of the NHS"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Having worked in this hospital since it opened,I have experienced tonight what it is like to be on the other side with my son in the Emergency Admissions department.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and the nurses and doctors thorough and professional and taking time to explain things to my son.

It made me very proud to be part of the NHS and this wonderful hospital!!!!!
