My mother - 97 in February - was v recently admitted to St. Peters and such care was shown to me, the daughter. When discharged. I was offered various pieces of equipment - on loan - and several days after she was discharged I was still 'phoning up trying to get the right equipment for her needs. The lady who helped me is Ruth. She spent a long time with me on the 'phone listening and encouraging even though it was 'going home time'.
thank you so much Ruth for giving time when I was feeling a little helpless on my own 😒.
Please let Ruth see this so that she can see how grateful I am.
