"Generalised anxiety disorder"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult Mental Health Services - Community (City)

(as the patient),

I was in Highbury hospital for 14 months for a psychotic episode. I have schizoaffective disorder. I was discharged summer 2014. Since then I have struggled every day with anxiety about a wide range of things. I also struggle to sleep. I think I also have an anxiety disorder but this has been overlooked and I am only ever treat for psychosis. I am under gedling community mental health team at manor road in carlton.
