"daughter needing to see the on call ENT"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

My daughter (3 1/2 year old) had to see the outpatients doctor at the DGH, saturday afternoon. Who was brilliant. My daughter was screaming with ear pain and had wax dripping out of both ears. The GP said she needed to be seen immediately by the on call ENT. They rang this ENT at their home, who stated they would not come out and to give her some anti-biotics, they would call us on Monday. They still hasnt called and she still has ear wax dripping out of her ears and in pain. Absolutely disgusted with this doctor!!!
