"broken nose correction"

following my accident i was admided to elmsted day unit for my nose to be corrected i go there at 7.30 as requested i was going into surgery at 8.40 as i saw the clock in the room before the operating theatre and i was up and eating tea and toast at 11.30, i could not have been looked after better, i dont know why the general has such bad right ups when the staff are simply the best you could ask for, maybe it is just managerial problems and admin staff because of cut backs, how can you expect to improve on less money, surely its an impossible situation, and i dont know how staff moral can be maintained under that situation.
