All the toilets seem equipped with the same type of toilet paper on a roll encased in a metal dispenser.

The paper is so thin it just tears when pulled leaving the end hard to reach inside the metal dispenser. If you can manage to remove enough paper to use, it is so rediculously THIN that it is unhygienic and unusable. If the dispensers were equipped with NORMAL toilet tissue of NORMAL thickness and NORMAL strength the dispensers might then operate as they are meant to do.

Maybe the ultra-thin useless paper is installed to keep costs down? I can only think this is the reason - what other reason could there be for fitting out all the toilets with something which is not fit for purpose.
