Following a heart attack at home I was taken to the Prince Charles hospital where I was admitted to the Coronary Care ward after a few hours in A&E. All of the staff who treated me were wonderful but I specifically wanted to compliment the kitchen staff / caterers for the excellent food.
I am a vegetarian and even though I had lost my appetite I found the food both tempting and tasty.
You hear so many negative comments about hospital food I do hope this feedback reaches the kitchen staff.
