From my Practice Nurse Linzi at the local GP Surgery to my referral to Dr Hodgson at the Ashfield Health and Wellbeing Centre (Ashfield Health Village) who referred me to COPD/ASTHMA PULMONARY REHABILITATION at Ashfield Health & Wellbeing Centre (Ashfield Community Hospital). Everything has gone well. In the last eight weeks between the Practice Nurse at our GP and the two nurses at the COPD Clinic (Julie and Alex) I have lost 15 pounds in weight and feel the best I have felt in years.
I do hope the COPD clinic in the future will not suffer from any Government cuts as they do such a good job. They are very patient and give you all the time in the world.
Nothing is too much trouble and everything has been very informative.
Can't thank you enough.
