I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Rocket553,

You are of course very important and I am so glad that is how you felt. I am not sure how to direct your kind words to the specific service you refer to (it could be one of four or five different teams). I wonder, are you in North, South or East Ayrshire?

If you are in East Ayrshire, it has been divided into two area the north of it and the south of it. If you would like to give me a wee help by pointing me in the correct direction, I can pass this to the appropriate team. Meantime, I will ensure that the leads are all aware of your post.

Thank you so much for letting us know how you feel.

Best wishes,

Eunice
