"Thanks to Dr Rogers in A&E"

I was taken to A&E after falling down the stairs which caused a really bad ankle strain.

I just wanted to compliment Dr Ralph Rogers; he is by far one of the best doctors I have met in London. Very professional, friendly, caring and helpful. Although the A&E was extremely busy and he was under a lot of pressure, he remained calm and was in control.

We were asked to notify reception after taking an X-Ray which we did, but the nurses had not notified the doctor of this. That made us wait another hour before we get seen again to be told that the X-Ray was ok. Nevertheless, he took the initiative to come up and ask us if we had taken the X-Ray.

I know from experience that any other doctor would have just ignored us and pretended not to know us. I am very pleased with this and believe that Dr Rogers should be recognised for his high standard treatment. The world would be great if all doctors were like him.
