I don't mind admitting I was very apprehensive about having the procedure. However as soon as I was admitted and met the staff and the doctor who performed the procedure, I felt at ease. The procedure was over quite quickly, and I have to admit it was nothing like I feared it would be. The whole time I felt comfortable and reassured. If anyone has any fears about having the procedure, I can assure you it is fine. If I ever needed to have the procedure again, I would be a lot more relaxed about it.

Never an easy procedure to come in for - I can absolutely understand why you were apprehensive. It is really reassuring to know that the team did all that they could to put you at ease - a reminder of the importance of the human touch in healthcare and why it makes such a difference.
