"Appointment Booking office"

Your booking office is a shambles.

I see a nurse about my ears regularly at Penrice Hospital and the nurse used to book my appointments going ahead.

now your booking office has just decided to cancel my appointments for January, February and March.

I have not, by them, been allocated new appointments.

These are necessary as I have a major problem with wax in my ears which needs regular looking after otherwise I go deaf.

Would you please sort this out and send me an explanation.
