An appointment was booked for us by 111 for the Urgent Care Centre. Arrived and seen on time. Doctor was very thorough and caring. Sought second opinion from LRI and then sent us straight there. The Doctor even phoned us the next day to see how we got on, how my daughter was doing and if we were seen promptly and had a good experience at the LRI. Very impressed.
