"Willow House"

About: West Heath Hospital

My father was admitted to Willow House by rapid response via our family GP.

He was a very poorly and frail elderly gentleman with Lewy Body dementia.

He spent the final two weeks of his life at the Unit.

He was well cared for treated with respect and dignity.

I could not fault the staff in the way they cared for my father, and the way they treated him.

At no point did he seem distressed.

When he passed away the nurses were very caring and supportive and for that i thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the staff at Willow House at West Heath Hospital which has been shared with them this weekend.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss and hope your father's time at Willow House has helped you in such a sad time.

Kind regards
