"Endoscopy appointment"

About: Heartlands Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I had an endoscopy appointment from start to finish I can not fault the service I received.

The staff were very friendly, put me at eases and whilst undergoing the procedure were very calm and reassuring which made what I thought was going to be a daunting experience one to which I had slight discomfort but nothing compared to what I was expecting. Excellent team, you are a credit to the NHS. Thank you
