I attended the walk in centre following a fall three days earlier. I could not have received more thorough and professional care from the triage nurse and the nurse practitioner who examined me at length and arranged an on site X-ray before reaching their conclusion regarding my injuries. They were highly efficient, respectful, sympathetic and gave clear, concise instructions, both verbal and written, regarding my diagnosis and further treatment. I saw the

NHS at its best.
