I had an overactive thyroid problem over a year ago, recently my regular thyroid test came back with possible problems so I had an appointment with a consultant, they were lovely, remember me from over a year ago and talked through the results. They asked my views and reassured me that we will do the best we can; what ever the test results came back saying.

They are a credit to the profession.

I was really pleased to hear about your experience, I can imagine how pleased you were that the staff remembered you. I was particularly pleased to read the staff listened to you and reassured you at what must have been an anxious time.

I will ensure your comments are passed to the relevant manager as I know they will be really pleased to share them with the staff.
