I attended the Endoscopy screening clinic today and I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the whole team involved, from the reception onwards..

Endoscopy is not a very pleasant experience by its very nature, obviously, but I was dealt with in such a professional and genuinely friendly manner that felt it important to register that and comment on it here.
