About: Chase Farm Hospital

(as a relative),

What could be improved

On 17th November around midnight I went to A&E with symptoms that could have been a stroke. I was booked in by a very dis-interested person and told to take a seat. When I had not been assessed or spoken to after one hour we left.

It was obvious that if this had been a serious condition needing immediate treatment, I was in the wrong place.

My suggestion for improvement is that people should be quickly assessed by a qualified person very soon after they arrive.
